Shipping

Please allow 10-15 business days for order processing, production and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a separate email with shipping tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

MOST PACKAGES SHIP SOONER THAN THE ABOVE ESTIMATE  

Our custom skate boards are made per each order and generally take 8-12 weeks to produce and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. They can be sometimes faster produced and shipped. Absolutely no refunds. Special circumstances for a return require $35 restocking fee.  

Custom and/or Cut and Sew Pieces, generally take an additional 7-10 business days. These are manufactured in Los Angeles and custom made as they are ordered. Absolutely no refunds.

IKON will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. IKON must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may not be returned or exchanged in person at any IKON store location. T-Shirts, Hats, Accessories or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. IKON does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to IKON.

International: IKON is not responsible for any shipping charges, duties, tax's or customs holds associated with the receipt of your package.
